Votch One-Year Warranty for our Classic Solar Watch

At Votch, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our solar-powered watches. Every timepiece is designed to deliver exceptional performance, and we’re confident it will meet your expectations. For your peace of mind, your watch is covered under a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
• Movement Issues: Any malfunction or failure of the EPSON AS01 movement due to factory defects.
• Solar-Powered Functionality: Issues relating to the solar-charging capability of the watch that result from manufacturing defects.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage from Accidents or Misuse: This includes damage from impact, water exposure beyond the specified limits, or improper care.
• Strap Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on the interchangeable Appleskin straps, such as discoloration or stretching, is not covered.
• Unauthorised Repairs or Alterations: Any repairs or modifications not carried out by Votch or an authorised service centre void the warranty.

Warranty Service:

To claim your warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@votch.co.uk with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the defect falls under our warranty, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
